As the Project Coordinator, Business Operations, you will report to the Director of Operational Excellence and support or lead a range of projects focused on system design and launch, project management, and procurement. The Project Coordinator will ensure that organization-wide systems are well-designed, highly functional, and thoroughly understood. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in the Business Operations team to enable team effectiveness through administration of core Business Operations services and execution of special projects. In the first six months of this position, the Project Coordinator will have the opportunity to train staff on our newly implemented travel system and will work closely with senior leadership to roll-out an organization-wide project management software.
