Project Coordinator, People Operations

As the Project Coordinator, People Operations, you will report to the Global Director, People Operations and support or lead a range of projects focused on system design and improvement, data analysis, and other special projects. The Project Coordinator will ensure that core People Ops tools and systems are well-designed, highly functional, and thoroughly understood. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will support a high-functioning and fast-paced People Ops team to enable team effectiveness through administration of core People Ops services and execution of special projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Support or lead core People Operations services, such as HR content development, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Lead special projects as assigned by Global Director, including, but not limited to, best practice research, interview development, policy or legal research, and candidate prospecting.
  • Lead the implementation, management of, and training on core People Operations technology systems, including systems related to human resource information systems, recruitment, project management, compensation, and learning and development.
  • Regularly review team systems and processes for improvement and integration, and identify, build, and implement new solutions for developing or improving systems and processes.
  • Support the identification and analysis of People Operations metrics and key performance indicators, including creative methods for measuring performance
  • Regularly report on performance metrics and identify clear opportunities for learning and improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years professional experience, including experience in system management and improvement; prior people operations experience preferred
  • You are highly organized, with strong project management and work-planning skills
  • You are analytically-minded and tech-savvy, with a significant learning mindset for systems and process improvement
  • Proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Office

You’ll Impress Us If

  • You have working knowledge of tools for data analysis, including excel, data visualization, and online reporting tools
  • You have international development experience
