The Role

If so, you may be the perfect fit for the Grants Manager position on our Program Strategy & Performance (PSP) team!

The Grants Manager, PSP is responsible for enabling effective management of LMH’s restricted grant portfolio with a focus on strengthening cross-team grants management. Last Mile Health manages a portfolio of approximately 50 grants, with about 10-15 of those grants being programmatically restricted and therefore requiring technical and financial tracking, management, and reporting. The Grants Manager will establish internal structures (eg, coordination mechanisms) that facilitate information management and exchange related to grant and program implementation. To effectively execute the work, they will need to regularly collaborate with the Partnerships & Communications, Finance, Country Programs, and Global Technical Teams to ensure that each team understands their role in managing the grant, and problem-solve coordination challenges as needed. They will also engage with the organization's senior leadership and executive team to ensure a shared understanding of high-priority risks and mitigation strategies as well as common patterns that could inform strategic decisions.
